Canary Seed Benefits

Canary Seeds for human consumption have major health benefits such as supporting the functioning of the heart, blood vessels, pancreas, kidneys, liver, aids in weight maintenance, and prevents premature aging of the skin. Canary seed reduces blood glucose levels, liver inflammation, eliminates excess fluids from the body and prevents arteriosclerosis. It also combats urinary tract infections, burns fat, lowers cholesterol, improves muscle tone, has antioxidant properties and is high in protein. It contains the enzyme lipase which remove fat deposits, to combat obesity.

A one-half cup of canary seed contains:
831 milligrams of potassium,
236 milligrams of calcium,
431 milligrams of magnesium
112 micrograms of folic acid.

Canary Seed recipe

5 spoons of canary seeds
Water to blend

1. Rinse seeds for two minutes
2. Soak them 24 hrs with spring or purify water
3. Discard the water
4. Rinse again
5. Blend until become a light vanilla color with one 1-1½ cups of spring or purify water
6. Strain with a cheese cloth

Wait a minute after you blend it, and the fibers will rise to the top so you can discard the fibers. Then use a colander to strain the mixture. You can add cinnamon to taste. I don’t recommend using anything sweet or even combining with fruit because it will diminish the potency of the antioxidants, reducing the benefits of this extremely powerful protocol.
